JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Office Manager to lead workplace functions and activities. The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting a growing team, maintains a can-do attitude, has a leadership mentality, and is comfortable collaborating and navigating an ever-evolving agency environment. Under the general direction of the Operations Team, you will lead a broad range of organizational support, client/team services, and administrative duties. 


Tasks include but are not limited to….



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the agency ambassador, the face of Team Epiphany, and the first point of contact for many including employees, visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Being a connector of people and information across business services and units
  • Being the point person and strategic lead for managing day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the Executive Assistant: including basic IT and IT team partnership, interfacing with building management to resolve issues and arrange entry of vendors, coordinating with cleaning staff, and supply ordering and stocking
  • Managing relevant vendor list (beverage, HVAC, BMS, shredding, copier, etc.) to schedule routine maintenance and repairs of office infrastructure and orchestrate office improvements as needed
  • Curating, organizing, communicating, and facilitating various company events with local office culture champions 
  • Identifying gaps in current practices and developing high impact programs and interventions for improvement
  • Tracking and managing expenses
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed
