  • Facilitate training and actively engage in delivering communications related to system updates
  • Respond to data requests, as needed
  • UAT Testing
  • Gathering system requirements and interpreting data to assess the system’s behavior
  • Knowledge-gathering and identifying best practices
  • Maintaining business relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Responding to tickets related to our timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Supporting general timekeeping and payroll-processing functions
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Project implementation and system maintenance

What you need to succeed:

  • Preferred: 3-5 Years of Payroll and/or Time and Attendance functional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, HR, Accounting, Computer Science or Management - Information Systems or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project coordination, business analyst experiences across multiple projects or initiatives

Excellent ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with non-technical audiences

  • Ability to read and understand potentially complex labor agreements
  • Ability to translate the requirements of the company’s labor agreements into the system’s configuration
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to design and document functional specifications
  • Strong attention to detail in situations that involve complexity

Ability to work under tight deadlines at a fast pace
