About the Candidate:

- Must be willing to come into the city office every day.
- Ability to contact and build relationships with architects, contractors, and developers in-person rather than via Zoom.
- Strong presentation skills are crucial.
- Candidates should have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with architects.
- Long sales cycle with the potential to earn significant commissions ($75,000 to $100,000+) after the initial eighteen months.
Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from £90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
- Performance-based incentives without caps or group dependencies.
- Possible flexibility in base salary for exceptional candidates.
Benefits:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield for medical, dental, and vision, with the company covering almost 80% of the premium and paying the deductible.
- Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and business travel insurance.
- Generous 401(k) with company matching up to 50% of a 10% contribution, eligible from the first month after hire.
- Discretionary profit sharing contributing 3% of salary to 401(k).
