Industry Solutions Lead (HCLS) Associate Director

The RoleCognizant is looking for a Strategic Partner Sales to support the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) Industry Cluster Leader in one of the following sub-industries - Payer, Provider or Life Sciences - to drive sales engagement with our top partners. This role is critical to Cognizant growth plans and reports to the HCLS Industry Cluster Leader.
Responsibilities
Drive sales with Cognizant’s strategic partners in the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) space
Strategically map our key relationships in HCLS and build strong connects and alignment between Cognizant HCLS commercial teams (BU Heads SBU Leaders CPs CRMs) GPE leaders and their counterparts at our top partners with initial focus on the Hyperscalers
Assist in monitoring HCLS industry trends and competitor activity to support in the development and adapt investment strategy business models & action plans to take advantage of market opportunities
Assist with building industry leading solutions with Hyperscalers
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in at least one functional area of HCLS (e.g. Payer, Provider or Life Sciences)
Experience with the Hyperscalers (MSFT, GCP, AWS) is a major plus
Consulting and/or Business development experience is a major plus
Strong communication interpersonal and relationship management skills
High achiever with a growth mindset
