The Sales Manager will be a player/coach and lead the door-to-door sales team, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and market expansion. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the door-to-door sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Door-to-Door Sales:
- Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies.
- Train and oversee sales representatives in door-to-door sales techniques.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Use data to drive decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support overall business objectives.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication within the sales team and across departments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the restoration or a related industry.
- Proven experience with door-to-door sales.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
