SAP OCM Lead


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our SAP practice. The OCM Lead will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies with latest communication and training approaches to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to drive organizational readiness, minimize resistance, and maximize user acceptance.


Responsibilities:

- Manage a team to accomplish OCM objectives in the context of a SAP migration project.

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for the SAP migration project,

ensuring alignment with project objectives and business goals.

- Lead the assessment of organizational readiness and impacts of the SAP migration on business

processes, systems, and people.

- Create communication plans, messages, and materials to support change initiatives and keep

stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and analyze potential risks and resistance to change; develop mitigation strategies to

address concerns and overcome barriers.

- Collaborate with project and client teams to integrate change management activities into project

plans and ensure consistency in messaging and approach.

- Lead training efforts by designing and delivering training programs for end-users to build

competency and confidence in using SAP solutions.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and foster

a culture of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and evaluate change adoption metrics; track progress and adjust strategies as needed to

achieve project milestones.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to change management team members and stakeholders

involved in the SAP migration.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business Administration or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana a plus).

- 5+ years at a Big 4 consulting company.

- Strong understanding of the latest change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that

drive successful adoption and minimize disruption.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively influence and collaborate

with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
