Title: SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead
Omaha, NE – Hybrid (Alternate Weeks Travel (Monday - Thursday) for initial 6 Months after that it will be remote work - Expenses Covered

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience working on EWM is a required.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

• Lead the SAP PM module migration from ECC to S/4Hana, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide deep functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

• Ensure data integrity and successful data migration for the PM module.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the PM module during the migration process.


Collaboration:

• Work closely with functional and technical teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT staff.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of S/4Hana by end-users.

• Liaise with external vendors and consultants as necessary to support the migration project.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the PM module.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SAP migrations.

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 15+ years’ experience in SAP

• 7+ full lifecycle SAP implementations

• 3+ full lifecycle Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana (Brownfield Experience)

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects.

• Proven expertise in the Plant Maintenance module functionalities, including configuration and customization.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
