Essential Experience: Proficiency in EWM is mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership:
- Oversee the transition of the SAP PM module from ECC to S/4Hana, ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.
- Develop and uphold project schedules, plans, and financial forecasts.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and guarantee that business objectives are fulfilled.
Technical Expertise:
- Deliver comprehensive functional knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance, including setup, customization, and integration with other SAP components.
- Maintain data accuracy and facilitate successful data transfer for the PM module.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with the PM module throughout the migration phase.
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with functional and technical teams, including SAP specialists, business analysts, and IT personnel.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote effective adoption of S/4Hana among end-users.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed to assist the migration initiative.
Quality Assurance:
- Execute system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the PM module.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices during SAP migrations.
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in SAP.
- At least 7 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle migrations from ECC to S4Hana (Brownfield Experience).
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in the functionalities of the Plant Maintenance module, including configuration and customization.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly advantageous.
