We are looking for a seasoned and strategic SAP Supply Chain Architect to enhance our client's operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and executing SAP solutions aimed at refining supply chain and manufacturing workflows. This position demands a comprehensive grasp of SAP SCM modules, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with diverse teams to capture business needs and convert them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Architect and execute SAP configurations, customizations, and enhancements to streamline supply chain execution and manufacturing workflows.
  • Oversee SAP implementation initiatives, encompassing system architecture, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in SAP modules pertinent to production planning, inventory oversight, and warehouse management.
  • Create and sustain documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, and system configurations.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement efforts to enhance SAP processes and promote operational efficiencies.
  • Keep abreast of SAP best practices, industry developments, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience with integration to third-party applications, including functional specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in SAP modules such as PP, MM, WM, and/or QM, with a focus on configuration and integration.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, preferably version 2020 or later.
  • Background in discrete manufacturing and make-to-order production settings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a history of effective collaboration across functions.
  • Project management experience is advantageous, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
