CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support for attorneys

• Assist the Executive and Administrative Directors with various administrative or HR duties such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents

• Format, edit, proofread and maintain a variety of legal documents associated with discovery and trial preparation

• Ability to format briefs including correct formatting of table of contents and table of authorities

• Maintain calendars and schedule appointments including travel arrangements

• Prepare and process expense reports in Concur

• Meeting preparations including ordering food and assisting other team members with set-up

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail for assigned Attorney(s)

• Perform ad-hoc related office duties as requested


QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.)

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a law office environment, other professional services experience might be considered

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented and process driven; ability to listen and follow directions

• Organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and be flexible

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge of legal terminology


Salary up to: $70,000
