Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a thorough sales plan to meet and surpass revenue goals.
- Oversee a group of five or more sales representatives.
- Assist GMs and the VP of Sales in creating and implementing target strategies.
- Oversee the sales process with regard to target accounts, frequency of calls, pricing, and revenue projections.
- strengthen ties with clients and help close new business
- Make sure the CRM application is used to optimise the advantages.
- Conduct team member reviews on a quarterly and annual basis. Collaborate with the team to bring opportunities for new service development and innovation to the Executive Team's attention.

Requirements:
- Requires a college degree
- Relocation and logistics industry experience is necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, or equivalent.
- Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to lead and enable the implementation of both tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong background in CRM application management.
- Strong oral and written presentation and communication abilities.
