Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a thorough sales plan to meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Oversee a group of five or more sales representatives.
  • Assist GMs and the VP of Sales in creating and implementing target strategies.
  • Oversee the sales process with regard to target accounts, frequency of calls, pricing, and revenue projections.
  • strengthen ties with clients and help close new business
  • Make sure the CRM application is used to optimise the advantages.
  • Conduct team member reviews on a quarterly and annual basis. Collaborate with the team to bring opportunities for new service development and innovation to the Executive Team's attention.

Requirements:

  • Requires a college degree
  • Relocation and logistics industry experience is necessary.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, or equivalent.
  • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • The capacity to lead and enable the implementation of both tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong background in CRM application management.
  • Strong oral and written presentation and communication abilities.
