We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to various departments, coordinate administrative tasks, and assist in maintaining efficient office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management and team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support other administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
