Position Overview:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting, overseeing, and refining the complete marketing funnel aimed at enhancing lead generation, acquiring customers, and driving revenue growth. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth transition of prospects through the funnel, from initial awareness to final conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Strategy Development: Create and execute a holistic marketing funnel strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and targets specific customer demographics.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement lead generation initiatives to attract new prospects, alongside nurturing processes to guide leads through the funnel.
  • Campaign Management: Supervise the development, execution, and enhancement of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track funnel performance indicators, analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, and deliver regular insights on the success of funnel-related activities.
  • Content Coordination: Partner with content creators to produce targeted resources that support each phase of the funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing to enhance funnel efficiency, explore various strategies, and adopt best practices.
  • Technology Management: Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to oversee the funnel and monitor customer journeys.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the financial resources allocated for funnel-related initiatives, ensuring efficient use of the budget.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in funnel management, lead generation, and campaign enhancement.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions to refine the marketing funnel.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the capacity to devise creative solutions that enhance funnel performance and customer engagement.
