Pride Health is hiring a Laboratory Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Seattle, Washington. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization


Responsibilities:

  • Process and handle various body fluid samples with precision, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Transport samples securely and efficiently to the Reference Laboratory for testing.
  • Prepare samples for analysis, making them "instrument ready" for laboratory procedures.
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Manage inventory by stocking and restocking laboratory supplies to maintain a well-equipped workspace.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Laboratory assistant experience is preferred
  • Phlebotomy experience required


Additional Information:

  • Location: Seattle, Washington
  • Job Type: Contract to hire.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 11:30 am to 08:00 pm
  • Pay Range: $ 15.00 to 19.00/hour.


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
