POSITION OVERVIEW


This leadership development position is responsible for analyzing, developing, and designing needed training curriculum for restaurant operations management leaders within the Tasty Restaurant Group.


Director of Training Program Design and LMS Delivery will lead the design and implementation of an LMS loaded with targeted training modules needed to fill operational skill gaps within the organization. Training module examples include: How to Manage a P&L, Understanding percentages, Employee Scheduling best practices, Managing Interpersonal Relationships, Equipment Maintenance and repairs, Emotional Intelligence, De-escalation & Customer Complaint Management, Performance Management and Progressive Discipline, and Labor Law Management. This will require the analysis of the existing training, a gap analysis against critical core competencies and recommendations for improvement.


Content development can be sourced externally as well as developed internally partnering with operational clients. If you are not a content designer / developer of any organic training program development, this position is not for you.


The future incumbent must be well versed in cost effective learning management systems and be able quickly make recommendations as to which will be leveraged to deploy just in time training solutions to field teams members.


This contract position can become a regular full-time position.


Position Specific Skills and Requirements

College Degree. MBA preferred.

10 years of successful training program design & development.

5 years of Learning Management System (LMS) management experience.

5 years of restaurant or QSR experience.
