Position Summary: We are thrilled to present an immediate opening for a Senior Product Trainer within our Customer Success Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for both internal staff and external clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Create assessments to measure training effectiveness and maintain training certifications.
  • Stay current with product updates and modify training materials accordingly.
  • Conduct new hire orientations in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Mentor junior training staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Travel to client locations to facilitate in-person training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technical writing, instructional design, or education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, with at least 2 years in a software training capacity within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery across multiple platforms.
