Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new B2B clients through face-to-face meetings, telephone outreach, and participation in industry associations and events.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with your client base.
- Present and provide exceptional furniture solutions to both new and existing customers.
- Reach and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Schedule follow-up appointments to nurture client relationships.
- Work seamlessly within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and adherence to our company's Guiding Principles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years business to business sales
- Bachelor's Degree
- Design or Architecture background a plus
- Strong work ethic and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Engaged and active member of the community with a passion for networking.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build a successful business.
- Desire to maximize your earning potential.
Compensation plan:
- $750 per week
- Uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE is $100K+
