Senior Finance Manager

As a key member of the Management team, the Senior Finance Manager will report to the NA Finance Director and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business unit. The Senior Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the business unit. This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, strategic planning, and site related accounting functions.



*This position requires to sit in Stratford, Wisconsin (Relocation package will be provided if relocation is needed


Responsibilities

  • As a true business partner to the Site Director, assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the business unit’s long-term strategy
  • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Site Director and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations
  • Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors)
  • Serve as a member of executive leadership team
  • Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution
  • Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget)
  • Complete analysis of financial results and develop recommendations (strategic and tactical)
  • Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., opening new operations, asset acquisition, new service launches).
  • Develop and maintain capital budget
  • Assist in development of financial planning and analysis exercises/reports
  • Participate in calls with Division and Corporate Management
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
  • Oversee cash, and asset management
  • Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 8-10 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing facility with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning
  • Cost accounting experience is highly recommend
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
