We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager, a leadership role, to join our Data & AI Advisory practice. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact data strategy, artificial intelligence, and analytics solutions for our clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI advisory engagements, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, challenges, and desired outcomes to design and implement tailored Data & AI solutions
- Lead custom data strategy and roadmap development, data governance, data architecture, data engineering, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Oversee AI strategy formulation, AI use case prioritization, and the deployment of AI/ML solutions leveraging techniques like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
- Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients and partner with them as strategic advisors throughout their Data & AI transformation journeys
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including data engineers, data scientists, AI experts, and business consultants to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across Data & AI engagements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to enable their professional growth
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in Data & AI strategy, data management, advanced analytics and/or AI/ML solutions delivery
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large, complex Data & AI programs from strategy through execution
- Deep expertise in data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data integration, analytics, AI/ML, and emerging Data & AI technologies
- Experience in designing end-to-end Analytics and Digital solutions integrating Data Science, Data Engineering and Data Visualization capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities
- Structured thinking skills with an ability to deal both at high level and at micro level at any point
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements
- Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.; advanced degree preferred
