Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Marketing Department by managing various administrative tasks. This includes organizing events, addressing inquiries via phone and in-person, conducting tours for potential residents, and assisting with resident transitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the community's offerings to accurately represent the property to potential clients and referral sources.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the community to ensure readiness for tours.
  • Provide community tours as needed, serving as a backup for the Marketing team.
  • Manage all incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Qualify leads, convert inquiries into tours, and facilitate the transition from tours to deposits through effective sales techniques.
  • Plan and execute marketing events while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Engage actively in events for residents, families, and referral sources, both on-site and off-site.
  • Act as a liaison for new residents and their families, ensuring a seamless transition into the community.
  • Thoroughly complete the new resident move-in checklist.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Competence in basic mathematics and data processing.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain first aid certification.
  • Successful completion of background checks and health screenings is required.
