We are working with a company in Dallas seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups for meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate and manage executive-level events, both internal and external.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executive
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills: Advanced in Microsoft suite applications
- Preferred: Tax experience
