We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance to various departments within the company. Candidates must be organized and thrive on handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Proficiency in standard Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, electronic filing, and mailing
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned
