Job/Project Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional enterprise environment to build and deploy new workstations for a large enterprise organization. The successful Desktop Support professional will work with various users to set up their new machines and to retrieve and wipe the old machines and update the inventory. If you are looking for a solid potentially long-term role working with a great team to use your skills, then this is the role for you.

Hours/Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, M - F

Required Skills:
2+ years' experience doing desktop support
Must be able to image and deploy new laptops
Must be able to ship out new machines and retrieve current machines being used
Must be able to help users with installing applications and migrating data on to their new devices
Must be able to wipe old devices
Experience doing PC Builds and deployments is ideal
Must be able to update asset management system for new and old devices
Must have strong customer service and be able to work with customers all over the country
Must be able to load software on the new machines
Must have good coordination skills to work with users on sending and receiving machines
Experience with InTune for wiping machines is a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
