Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious E-commerce Specialist to enhance our digital presence, optimize our online store, and drive substantial online revenue growth in the United States. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in e-commerce, online marketing, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch impactful online marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure the website's performance is optimal, with a focus on being user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-optimized.
  • Coordinate with external e-commerce partners, payment gateways, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to keep ROXON at the forefront of the industry.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and a streamlined online shopping experience.
  • Conduct detailed sales forecasting and reporting, presenting insights and strategies to senior management.
  • Support B to B sales as business assistant to CEO.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and tools, with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A results-driven approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with a strategic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with multi-tool products and understanding of the target audience is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Occasionally domestic travel


Hours:

  • work hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or flexible time.
  • 20-24 hours per week
