Specialist of eCommerce (Shopify & TikTok Shop)

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and update Shopify websites and TikTok Shops, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
  • Rapidly learn and understand new functions, tools essential and imply on TikTok Shops.
  • Set up digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads) and assess.
  • Manage product listings and inventories.
  • Manage, implement and review marketing Calendar and email marketing plan.
  • Provide customer service through phone and email channels to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements


  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce. (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads/TikTok Ads.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bilingual (English & Korean) preferred
  • Photoshop / Canva knowledge a plus
