About:

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee the operations of our Hamilton, New Jersey office for a rapidly growing financial software startup. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for all office-related needs, including vendor management(such as catering and snack programs), seating arrangements, internal and external office events, and working with property management.

Additionally, you will focus on fostering a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere by carefully assessing and addressing the unique needs and preferences of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office manager or coordinator, capable of managing a mid-sized office, addressing issues promptly, and collaborating with a global team on various projects and events.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Manage the front desk by greeting and assisting guests
  • Ensure the office remains organized, with functional furniture and equipment
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues (e.g., Zoom, conference rooms)
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships (snacks, catering, property management, janitorial)
  • Serve as the point of contact for external visitors and internal inquiries
  • Coordinate in-office activities, including daily lunches, meetings, conference room scheduling, IT setup, cleaning, maintenance, seating arrangements
  • Handle office finances (credit card reconciliation, invoice payments, expense tracking)
  • Act as the central contact for office-related issues, event planning including community outreach, and emergencies



Compensation: $24.00-28.50/HR
