Role Description

This is a full-time on-site luxury Sales Professional role at Weston Jewelers Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting clients in finding the perfect jewelry and watch pieces, providing personalized recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, the Sales Associate plays a key role in helping the boutique to achieve success through the achievement of team targets. Customer service is at the heart of this role and ensuring a high level of brand and product knowledge is vital.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years retail experience with the majority of time spent in luxury
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge
  • Previous experience in watch and/or jewelry industry desired
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively within a team
  • A desire to receive feedback and continue to grow professionally


Essential Job Functions

  • Professionally handle and advise clients of products and services resulting in the achievement of store sales targets
  • Provide high-quality service to clients face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Maintain high level of product and brand knowledge
  • Build client relationships and develop client book
  • Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately
  • Support in open and closing procedures of the store
  • Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe and inviting.
  • Work flexible hours including nights and weekends


Hours of Operation:

Sunday- Thursday: 10am - 10pm

Friday- Saturday: 11am - 11pm


Full-Time Regular position with full benefits
