Responsibilities

Provide administrative and marketing support to real estate development team from pre-development through construction completion and disposition. Position may have some client-facing engagements.

·       Creation of marketing materials and client presentations

·       Assist in preparation of real estate site tour packages

·       Assist development team in creation of project timelines and management of key dates and deliverables

·       Assist development team through construction phase including final delivery to tenant

·       Manage social media, website updates and assist with marketing-related items

·       Support team with expense reporting, credit card reconciliations and other administrative responsibilities


Qualifications & Preferred Skills

·       1-3 years administrative support experience, preferably in commercial real estate

·       Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a broad cross section of individuals; both inside and outside of the Company

·       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision

·       Proven work ethic indicating a responsiveness to client and employer needs and deadlines

·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

·       Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to all matters

·       Willing and supportive attitude towards helping others

·       Strong knowledge of Word™, Excel™ and Outlook ™ as well as the ability to quickly learn new software systems
