This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department with organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-assisted upon arrival.
  • Handle incoming calls by answering, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events as required.
  • Make travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the HR department and other teams.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and other general office tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative position.
  • Construction industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
