Responsibilities:
• Operate multi-line phone system and direct calls as required
• Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions with clients, visitors, and internal staff
• Accurately enter and update data in the company systems
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage information
• Apply interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment and client relationships
• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
• Schedule appointments, managing calendars effectively to avoid conflicts or overlaps.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience in data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Organizational skills for managing and organizing files
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
