• Organizing files and maintaining a system for easy retrieval
• Using interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files
