Job Overview:You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities establishing strong client relationships and delivering tailored inspection services across various industries. With a focus on strategic selling and a customercentric approach youll help clients navigate complex inspection needs ensuring they have the right solutions to meet regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the client base in industrial inspection services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their inspection needs.
- Present and demonstrate a range of inspection solutions highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with both client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase company offerings.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline and results.
- Proven track record in sales particularly within industrial inspection engineering services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of inspection processes regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a broad territory.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Experience in CMM XRay NDT (NonDestructive Testing) or similar technical inspection methodologies.
- Established network within the industrial manufacturing or oil and gas sectors.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
