The Senior Licensed Sales Assistant will play a critical role in managing the client service center and providing advisor sales and operational assistance for the IB Wealth Management team. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the IB Wealth Management call center, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client service center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Provide sales and operational assistance to wealth advisors, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Correspond with clients to complete new account setups, asset transfers, and other brokerage transactions.
  • Compile data, prepare, and analyze reports to support management and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the FVP of Wealth Management to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing transactions and maintaining databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in investment sales and financial services.
  • Five or more years of investment sales experience in a bank or financial services industry.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses, life and disability insurance licenses for states of (Compete) (or ability to obtain applicable license(s) upon hire).
  • Continuing professional education is required and development of advanced credentials and/or license/training is expected.
