We have 2 locations in the Pittsburgh area (Jefferson Hills and McDonald). We specialize in servicing fleet vehicles, commercial trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring our clients get back on the road safely and efficiently.

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with commercial clients, including fleet managers, insurance companies, and automotive dealerships. Your expertise in sales and knowledge of the collision repair industry will be essential in meeting our clients’ needs. In this role, you will be the only sales person beyond the CEO and the driving force for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial sector through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our collision repair services, demonstrating how we can meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the repair team to understand service capabilities and communicate client needs.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective account management.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle operations and collision repair processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
