Lab Support Specialist

firstPRO is hiring a Solutions Support Specialist for our client located in Malvern, PA. This role is a consulting opportunity and is 100% onsite. The ideal candidate will have over two years of IT support experience and familiarity with lab environments.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily reviews of system logs, SDMS logs, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot PCs and systems on a daily basis.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Assist team members with LIR data collection and CAPA investigation data collection.
  • Support the writing and execution of validation documentation.


Requirements

  • Experience with PCs, basic IT infrastructure, Microsoft Application Development Tools, Windows 10/11, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in a cGMP compliant analytical lab with knowledge of Part 11 compliance and validation is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of applications such as Waters Nugenesis SDMS, Waters Empower, or LabVantage (LIMS) is a plus.
  • IT Support certifications preferred.
