Strategic Account Manager

The candidate will be responsible for developing exceptional customer relationships, managing current business in these strategic accounts and helping develop the business. You are responsible for driving the strategy of our business within these accounts. Our sales teams have a culture of team success, where you’ll collaborate and be supported by like minded sales professionals. You will report directly to the C Suite leadership and founding team to help drive business.


Responsibilities


Strategy & Communication

  • Develop a strategic plan for each account, including creating organization charts, mapping all the stakeholders and developing a business plan for every stakeholder.
  • Bring all of our resources to bear to help engage in the account.
  • Communicate our message to the customer, develop the business model in the account.
  • Communicate with leadership team about engagement in the account and how we can deliver to plan in the account.
  • Work with various technology partners to build software sales and services practices.


Goals

  • Track and deliver on Sales Goals for the accounts
  • Build and develop new accounts to help grow the business
  • Improve margin profiles by adding significant value to customers business


Personal Development

  • Spend time in learning and training on more of the practices
  • Enable new practices within the business by learning about customer's business use cases

Qualifications

5 Years in Strategic Account Management role with background in Technology and Software Services.

Bachelors or Masters Degree

Network of customer and partner relationships

Proven track record of selling into new accounts and growing existing accounts.

Exceptional people management and team building skills

Time management and strong organizational skills.
