Strategic Account Growth Manager

The RoleAs a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding relationships with our most critical clients. Your expertise in strategic account management will drive long-term success and growth for both beBee Professionals and our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to maintain and grow revenue from key clients.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction levels and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company goals and client expectations.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably within the technology or professional services sector.
- A proven track record of managing major accounts while achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation skills.
