Join Apex Systems as a Program Manager for a Leading Telecom Client in Greenwood Village, CO


Onsite Requirement: 3-4 days per week


Are you passionate about WiFi technology and looking to make a significant impact? Apex Systems is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support our client’s WiFi Improvement Initiative. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance of cutting-edge WiFi products, including WiFi 5, 6, 6E, routers, and extenders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Operations, Field Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Launch and oversee investigations to improve product performance.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level executive presentations and briefs.
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive project success.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for various products.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.


Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of Program Manager, Project Manager, or Product experience
  • At least 2 years of recent experience on a WiFi product or engineering team.
  • Deep understanding of WiFi products, technology, and protocols (such as 802.11), and product SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to translate investigation results into actionable KPIs and roadmaps.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in the cable industry.
  • A Master’s degree.
