Rims USA is looking to fill a position at the Corporate Office in Spartanburg. We are looking for a full-time person to perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. Rims USA is a retail company with 21 stores and growing.
Applicant should be self-motivated, a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
- Reconciling Bank Accounts
- Researching and Resolving Payment Discrepancies
- Handling Accounts Payable
- Entering and Matching Insurance Checks
- Running Reports and Updating Charts
- Communicating with Stores and Outside Vendors via phone and email
- Performing other duties as required
Requirements for the Job:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience with Outlook and Excel
- QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work individually or as a team in a small office setting
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
