Our client, a nationally recognized construction staffing company, has an opportunity to be a Territory Manager focusing on staffing within the construction sector in Chantilly VA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, prior sales experience in staffing or personnel leasing, and a background in construction. As a Territory Manager in the construction staffing arena, you will be crucial in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and construction professionals.
- to increase business with existing clients in assigned territory(s). Increase customer relationships, including field, office, and corporate personnel.

In addition to a salary of $60,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with experience) and a commission structure, this role comes with a monthly car allowance of $600.00 and a suite of benefits, including health, dental, PTO, vacation, and more.
