Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the National Sales and Marketing Director at Stage Ops. The Director will be responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts, managing teams, developing market plans, overseeing sales operations, and maintaining key accounts.


Salesperson for Event Staffing Services (Stage Ops)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team at Stage Ops. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing business relationships with companies that hire event staffing services. If you're passionate about delivering value to clients and building strong client connections, this opportunity is for you.


Key Qualifications:

  1. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the broader events industry, with the ability to position event staffing services to clients needing production and logistics support.
  2. Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships with corporate clients, production companies, and event organizers.
  3. Client-Focused Experience: Experience working with corporate clients or companies in need of event staffing services, with a strong client-centric approach.
  4. Sales Metrics Success: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship building.
  5. Event Services Knowledge: Familiarity with the types of services Stage Ops offers, including event staffing, production crew, and technical support.
  6. Local Market Expertise: Knowledge of local and regional markets, with the ability to connect with companies hosting events that require staffing services.
  7. Partnership Experience: Skilled in managing partnerships with vendors, venues, or event planners, facilitating collaboration and generating new business leads.
  8. CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to manage leads, track client interactions, and build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  9. Business Development Expertise: Expertise in identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and developing strategies to expand Stage Ops' reach within target industries.
  10. Industry Event Participation: Active in attending industry conferences or corporate events, building connections with companies that frequently hire event staffing services.
