What You’ll Do:

✨ Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring exceptional customer service every step of the way.

✨ Support the sales team with market research, potential lead generation, and developing comprehensive client profiles.

✨ Oversee key sales processes: manage contracts, track orders, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, and ensure smooth payment processing.

✨ Address post-sales service matters like returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with speed and efficiency.

✨ Collaborate across departments to guarantee timely order fulfillment and resolve logistics challenges.


What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, electronics, software, optics, or mechanical engineering (preferred).

✅ Proven experience in sales support and customer service with high-impact clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
