Client is seeking a Systems Engineer to conduct verification and validation activities for our Molten Oxide Electrolysis systems which use industrial automation controls and operate high temperatures in industrial settings.

As a member of the verification and validation team you will collaborate to develop and execute test plans and write reports under the supervision of Systems Engineering.

Duties:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write test plans and protocols

Execute test plans, and document results and observations

Write test reports and conclusions to document pass / fail results

Daily verbal communication of verification activity status

Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve verification issues

Required experience and skills:

4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer conducting verification and validation activities

Experience with Human Machine Interfaces, and PLC based automation systems

Experience writing and executing verification plans, analyzing results, and writing reports

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Have a Startup attitude - self-motivated, quick learner, passionate, agile, and adaptable

Desired experience and skills:

BS in an engineering discipline

Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing of industrial equipment

Experience with MATLAB and Simulink

Experience with writing requirements and Standard Operating Procedures
