Help manage nationwide SFR and BTR Initiatives for Lennar, including inventory dispositions, build-to-rent transactions on Lennar land, and fee building opportunities for Lennar on third party land. The SFR and BTR business for Lennar generated over 3,700 sales in FY 2023. The individual in this position will be responsible for helping grow that business and working in close coordination with the Vice President of Build-to-Rent and SFR Initiatives to pilot new SFR and BTR initiatives and strategic partnerships that improve the financial metrics of the company. Responsibilities also include facilitating engagement with Quarterra on Lennar BTR opportunities, assisting divisions with creating land plans that are optimized for BTR, creating technology solutions for underwriting land opportunities for SFR potential, and supporting divisions in the value engineering of their house plans for the SFR buyer.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Help manage SFR inventory national sales platform, including managing the data verification, IT engagement, and distribution of the monthly inventory tape
  • Help manage nationwide on-book BTR program, including underwriting deals sent by divisions and managing monthly distribution of on-book BTR deals to external parties
  • Support Lennar's SFR fee build program on non-Lennar land, including land/deal sourcing and communication 
  • Track, reach out, and onboard new potential SFR/BTR partners
  • Help create a technology solution for underwriting land opportunities for SFR potential

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and Graduate Degree or CFA
  • Minimum 10 years of real estate, consulting, and/or private equity experience
  • Preferred background that includes financial modeling, technology consulting, single family rental, land development and homebuilding
