FPW Media, a rapidly growing creative studio in Springfield, Oregon, is seeking a Marketing Account Manager II. We handle all our clients' marketing needs in-house, with services including photography, video production, graphic design, web design, and branding. Our three integrated divisions—Brand, Films, and Merch—ensure quality, consistency, and quick turnarounds.


The Marketing Account Manager II will plan, manage, and execute projects for clients under the Director of Client Services. This client-facing role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships to retain and grow their business, making significant decisions with oversight from the Director.

Education and Prior Experience Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum (2) years experience managing client relationships and/or account management, and (1) years of digital marketing experience and/or exposure.


Probationary Period:

Upon hire, the Account Manager will complete a probationary period of up to 6 months before gaining full capabilities like art approval and strategic direction. This period may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Client Services.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management team, internal creative teams, clients, and partners to complete projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with project parameters.
  • Establish project roadmaps and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members according to Company Policy and ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, client contacts and various FPW internal teams.
  • Execute assigned tasks internally and/or facilitate the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Identify client revenue growth opportunities and work with the Director of Client Strategy and Director of Client Services to pursue these opportunities.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Services and Director of Client Strategy to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Identify marketing trends and key opportunities with the Account Management team.
  • Respond to requests from various internal and external stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns as they arise.
  • Prepare, format, and edit client-facing presentations and other documents.
  • Create, contribute to, and interpret reports.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Define project scope and objectives with the Account Management team.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets with the Account Management team.

  • Computer Literacy: Efficiently use computer-based tools; proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Suites or related software.
