Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant II to join our Global Financial Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations for a variety of legal entities and currencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise junior staff while building a sense of community and setting goals for growth
  • Prepare domestic and international bank reconciliations requiring knowledge and experience with foreign exchange transactions and issues
  • Process daily exceptions in Oracle and bank websites for cleared activity
  • Participate in month-end processes and prepare journal entries pertaining to cash activity
  • Prepare quarterly and annual audit schedules and engage with both internal and external auditors
  • Run the tools the team uses to track, reconcile and journalize the daily cash activity
  • Be involved with special projects including creating/improving processes, preparing analyses, and working with technical groups for Oracle implementations/improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience
  • Minimum 2 years cash reconciliation experience in a global environment
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP or other large ERP system preferred, but not required
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills including ability to act as primary owner of individual projects, analyses or processes
  • Knowledge of basic programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
