Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager at Form4 Architecture, but San Francisco Bay Area based location is required. Minimum 20 years of management experience (along with having performed in the past as a Project Architect) is required. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple residential and commercial architectural projects (new construction multi-family & single family homes, office, education, sports), developing design, overseeing production and ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager must have city entitlement experience, strong client management skills, BIM experience and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality designs and effective construction drawings. Depending on the candidate's skills, the Senior Manager might also engage some corporate responsibilities pertaining to the office operations and team leadership.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 20+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, California licensed required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with residential and mixed use projects is required
