The Decision Analytics team is responsible for generating insights that address critical enterprise inquiries regarding budget allocations, strategic priorities, and significant operational decisions. Proficient in advanced analytics and various analytical tools and programming languages such as GCP Big Query, Python, R, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau, our associates focus primarily on internal business intelligence. They possess the necessary domain knowledge to comprehend the business operations they analyze.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 65% - Data Analysis - Evaluate extensive datasets and utilize analytical tools to generate new dashboards, reports, and fulfill additional ad-hoc requests, employing a diverse range of database applications and analytical languages including GCP BigQuery, SQL, SAS, R, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • 10% - Data Management - Collaborate with fellow analysts to identify new data sources; ensure data quality through cleansing, validation, and testing.
  • 5% - Project Support - Assist end users, troubleshoot issues, and provide problem-solving support.
  • 15% - Solution Development - Work with stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, or forecasting.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into effective presentations.
  • Experience using data analysis to uncover key insights that address business challenges.
  • Proficiency in various database applications and analytical tools, including SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, Teradata, Oracle, and similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage requests and develop insights for online merchandising, marketing, and ELT teams.
  • Experience in conducting deep statistical analyses for predictive insights.
  • Capability to collaborate with teams to establish KPI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in coding with Python, R, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, VertexAI, and AutoML.
  • Ability to visualize data effectively using Tableau.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternative solutions and anticipate implications of new information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of simplifying complex results for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
