JOB SUMMARY FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST:


  • Title: Digital Project Support Manager
  • Location: Riverwoods, IL
  • HYBRID ROLE
  • Pay: $49-55/hr
  • The role involves supporting digital projects by managing social media responses, conducting audits, updating content in various CMS applications, and maintaining procedures. Key tasks include creating audit documents, handling social media complaints, updating replies, and managing content on platforms like InfoNet and Uberflip. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital tools and CMS applications.



RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST:


  • Claims/Brand Asset Audits: Review, creating audit documents, communicating updates to issuers, validating changes until completion, tracking and reporting status.
  • Social media response and escalation: Receive complaints, escalate with DCI Issuers to resolve the issue, track escalations and report issues to management as needed
  • Maintain and update replies
  • Annually update the replies with updated claims, new replies, special circumstances/known issue replies
  • When needed, reach out to legal for response approval
  • Annually review issuer contact information for use in social replies and on the website
  • InfoNet Updates: Adding, updating and retiring content on InfoNet (playbooks, newsletters, Brand Guidelines, etc.)
  • Adding articles on Resources Hub: Creating content on Uberflip, including updating SEO/Meta data, uploading images, implementing content refresh



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST:


  • Advanced use of digital office software including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Teams
  • Comfortable with technology, including editing and reading basic HTML and CSS code
  • Familiar with Sprout Social: social media management tool and reporting
  • Independent worker with strong project management
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication and project tracking/reporting
  • Well-versed in CMS applications including Service Now, Sharepoint, Uberflip



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST:

Nice To Have

  • Basic knowledge of data analytics, able to interpret data to generate actionable insights from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytic reports
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Meta Data and SEO
