Account Executive

Our customers have been very clear about asking more in Elasticsearch. We want to spin off a company completely funded by Consultadd but with new leadership, with a singular goal. We want to be the top partner for Elastic. We will be building our business around exclusively focusing our marketing, sales, and engineering efforts to build the top professional services company. We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at Consultadd, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of our services and industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Identify and understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative /Sales Development Representative or 1-2 years as an Account Executive.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Preferred: Experience in the data/analytics industry or Cybersecurity.

  • Hybrid work model of 2 days per week in the office. Based out of Chicago or NYC.
  • Salary ranges from 100-150k OTE
